Registration of power grids

The BBNP team has extensive experience in registering the rights in engineering infrastructure facilities, in particular, power supply. We provide the following services:
  • legal and technical support on the issues of technological connection of power supply systems: power lines, substations, TRFO
  • resolution and peaceful settlement of disputes with the structures of PJSC Rosseti
  • regional and federal networks
  • resolution of disputes with energy sales companies
  • legal support for public-private partnership: consultations, arranging meetings, project planning, assistance in implementation
  • interaction with the "Non-commercial partnership Market Council for the organization of an efficient system of wholesale and retail trade in electricity and power capacity" Association
  • registration of servitudes for linear and other objects
  • coordination of issues related to lease of municipal land with the Administration of municipalities
  • solving issues of reconstruction and overhaul of infrastructure facilities
  • interaction with Property Inventory and Registration Authorities on the matters of location of infrastructure facilities and obtaining technical passports for designated facilities
  • support of defining the security zone of engineering infrastructure objects
  • advising on compliance with mandatory requirements for the operation and maintenance of electrical networks

When supporting projects, we work on a turnkey basis, investing our forces and funds.

As part of our work on the project we are ready to work on the condition of a success fee. Payment can be made only after receiving finalized documents.
